Curriculum VitaeWilliam joined Systems Xpert in early 2007 after 14 years in "real-time interactive gaming". His primary areas of interest are enterprise-level server provision and administration, database clustering and high-availability networks. Proving that open source software, applications and tools are a viable alternative to their proprietary equivalents is a major goal for William.
Using these principles, he has implemented the network architecture used by our Account Xpert product, which is a fully featured enterprise resource planning (ERP) system based on the open source OfBiz framework from the Apache Foundation.
William attended Kingston Polytechnic/University in the UK but decided that being a geologist wasn't as interesting as he first thought it would be.
